My salesman, Josh Morgan, was outstanding—pleasant, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions, knew the vehicle inside and out, and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision without any pressure. Nick, the manager, was also very kind and respectful, making the process smooth and enjoyable. Randy, the finance manager, was great to work with, handling everything efficiently and professionally. Alex was another helpful and pleasant team member who made the experience even better. Dan, another manager, also assisted and was just as respectful and professional as the rest of the team. Overall, from top to bottom, everyone at Dave Sinclair Buick GMC made this a great car-buying experience. Good experience and pleased with the service we received. Took a little longer than expected to work out final details. Overal, went well.

Everything was great from a service prospective. Took off a star for the 3% credit card fee. Service is not cheap at the dealer and to tack on an extra 3% is unnecessary. In addition I have a GM credit card and to charge an extra 3% at the dealer pretty much makes the card useless. I?ll probably just cancel it
