Everything was great from a service prospective.
Everything was great from a service prospective. Took off a star for the 3% credit card fee. Service is not cheap at the dealer and to tack on an extra 3% is unnecessary. In addition I have a GM credit card and to charge an extra 3% at the dealer pretty much makes the card useless. I?ll probably just cancel it

I came in only looking to test drive an Envista after
I came in only looking to test drive an Envista after having a bad experience with another dealer nearby. Josh came out and was really friendly introduced himself, asked a few questions and offered a test drive. I want to make it clear that I had no intention on purchasing a car that day, I was actually in the market for a Jeep Wrangler but curiosity and frustration led me to Buick. Before the test drive was even finished Josh had unintentionally changed my mind and convinced me that I needed that Envista! Josh made me feel so comfortable, he let me know that he was about earning my business the right way by creating a deal that worked both for me and the dealership. Because Josh was so personably I decided that I wanted to purchase my car from Dave Sinclair Buick! I would also like to add that they were closing and no one rushed me out or tried to rush my decision, a few of the other sales man came even came and introduced themselves just to be kind. I also need make mention of Randy in finance, he’s such a nice guy, he’s not your typical finance guy, just there to get signatures, he explained everything and made sure I understood everything I was signing, he even gave me some good fatherly advice lol! Lastly Alex! Alex assisted me the day of delivery as Josh was off, this man has the patience of Job, I had to do a set up call with on-star and he made sure to stay with me until my Envista was all set up and ready to go, he even helped unload a few things from my trade while I finished my call with Onstar! Whenever I’m ready to make another purchase I will definitely be returning to Dave Sinclair Buick!
