I went to Chapman Ford to look for a new car.

I went to Chapman Ford to look for a new car. I had the pleasure of meeting Erica Gomez. She was extremely polite and very helpful getting me into the car i wanted. The entire Sales team was incredible. I had such a great experience at Chapman Ford. Definitely a repeat customer and will be telling my friends and family about Chapman Ford . Thank you again Erica Gomez you did an incredible job.. 👍

My only complaint from an otherwise decent experience is

My only complaint from an otherwise decent experience is the trade in part of the equation. Given the vast amount of information available on the internet the idea of the dealership trying to super low ball me on my car turns the negotiation into an adversarial affair. It starts the process by them attempting to screw me. Why do that. On the up side the staff was very friendly and my sales guy, Jim Guenther was very good.

I took my senior parents to test drive a car with hopes

I took my senior parents to test drive a car with hopes that they would find a vehicle to meet their specific needs and experienced something I would not have expected - a stress free - low pressure buying experience. Kyree was extremely patient - helped my parents explore even more options than they had anticipated and expertly found a car that checked all their boxes. At no time did he rush them and answered all their questions , sometimes multiple times with care and concern. And they are now proud owners of a Chapman Ford. I would highly recommend his service to anyone who may need some hand holding.
