Had a pleasant experience getting new tires and an oil change. My service advisor also notified me that my front brakes did not need replacing, as I had previously thought so they saved me some money there.

I was in ford chapman in EHT, NJ. It was a simple oil change. When i was picking up my car i smelled something burning and little smoke from the right side of the engine ! I thought during oil change they might have spelled some oil and continue to drive the next day! I opened the engine and i find out all the anteefreeze are gone and major leek on one of the hose connector! Wonder what the mechanic did to my car. It has to be them.
