Excellent communication throughout, moved me from a rental to a dealer loaner (which happened to be brand new model of wife?s car and may result in shopping for one) and overall awesome experience. Ty is a great asset to Chapman and helped gain a new customer.

My service advisor Ty was phenomenal! Excellent communication throughout and quite possibly the best service experience I’ve ever had. She also got me out of a rental and into a dealer loaner I loved which could very well cause a purchase in the near future.

6 hrs at dealership to replace window pillars and
6 hrs at dealership to replace window pillars and discovered they were wrong ones.No follow up from Trajah Cooper the entire 6 hours. VERY unsatisfacory! Incorrect license tag recorded on invoice. Very poor service call with smeared, blacked-out areas on unreadable inspection report - very unprofessional!

I buy cars a lot. This was the best ever experience. I’m 71 years old. Our salesman is absolutely second to none.. Tahz knows the products, listens, works to do all he can for his customers. We Bought a brand new Mazda on Saturday Jan. 25, 2025. Then went back and Bought a brand new Ford Bronco on Feb. 4, 2025. The mangers were all awesome. Inspected both cars complete before they let us go.. inside and out. Tahz Took all the time needed to explain both cars top to bottom. Have never seen this much attention to customer Satisfaction ever. Highly recommended everyone to go to Chapman Ford/Mazda. Egg Harbor Township, NJ. Facility was spotless clean and friendly.
