key replacement

Excellent service Kept me informed on how the progression of the service on my car was coming along. Took care of my key replacement but also took care of a recall to save me another trip back to the dealership. Thanks again Rob. ?

I’ve never had an issue with putting a deposit down on a car and picking it up on another date until this purchase. Was told that the car could not be held even with a deposit.

I want to be clear that my son is happy with the vehicle and the employees that helped me were very nice, but I am very disappointed that I was not allowed to put a deposit down on the vehicle and pick it up on Saturday. I have never had this issue before at any dealership including Chapman and this was my 10th purchase from Chapman. Due to this experience it may very well be my last.
