Worst experience ever
Joe C 8 minutes ago NEW Worst experience ever. Instead of excitement buying car it was nothing but hassle. Had appointment to sign final paperwork . Had to wait for almost an hour. Kept getting excuse “almost ready, your next, paperwork printing now, etc. “ If appointment can’t be kept let me know, I’ll come back later don’t treat me like a schmuck. Asked about warranty paperwork. I wanted official warranty paperwork stating whats covered, how long etc. They didn’t have it, don’t worry its filed with your vin they said. Very unprofessional.I can’t believe I’m the first to ask for this. Finally got something in writing after almost walking out on deal.
