Purchased a new Ford Explorer from Chapman. My salesman was Alan. I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. Alan is knowledgeable and friendly. I usually don’t like sales people because they can be pushy, but Alan was complete opposite. I will definitely be back in the future.

Oil was not cleaned well from changing the oil filter leaving spots on my driveway and while in the dealers care custody and control got a trim screw in back tire and denied happening there

Catherine and Bob in the Body Shop were outstanding to work with - professional, communicative and pleasant. My only complaint is that it took 9 months to get my car repaired so it felt like Mazda failed them by not getting parts to them on a timely basis.
