Nobody likes having to go for service on their car.

Nobody likes having to go for service on their car. But you have to... so you may as well go somewhere that you enjoy visiting! Chapman is one of those places. My service reps are also my friends. They don't take advantage of me, they give it to me straight and they work with me when I need it. On top of that, they technicians are top notch. No grease xxxxxxx wrenching on my Lincoln. When they say it's fix, I believe them. Problems happen... cars break... but I have never had to go back over and over for the same issue -- not once.

New car buyer

Alicia, Doug, Mike, and Kelly were all phenomenal throughout my car buying experience with Chapman EHT. Alicia was very responsive/helpful in explaining the leasing process and putting together numbers that worked for me. This helped make my eventual trip into the dealer far easier. Doug (sales) and his manager, Mike, were excellent while coming to an agreement at the dealership. Both were polite, professional, helpful, and attentive to my concerns and questions. They worked with me and not once did feel like I was dealing with salesmen. Kelly was great when it came time to discuss warranties/explaining contractual paperwork. She explained each document thoroughly and didn?t push when I declined options. Overall a fantastic group of people who were pleasant to deal with.

Please check other dealerships when getting prices. I saved over four hundred dollars on a $1,300.00 job Chapman charges $170 per hour labor. Saved 35 dollars an hour on labor alone and they charge 30 percent higher for parts and a diagnostic. I was a customer there for 13 years and will never go back. The service manager (Rob) was going to call me right back after my concerns were brought to his attention, still waiting. Go elsewhere Chapman is not trustworthy.

Follow up: I was contacted by the service manager first thing this morning. He apologized about not getting back to me yesterday. Additionally, we came to a more acceptable price for the work that needed to be done. My f150 was taken to Chapman. In todays climate, it was refreshing to actually speak to a manager that appreciated their customers.

Purchased a new Ford Explorer from Chapman.

Purchased a new Ford Explorer from Chapman. My salesman was Alan. I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. Alan is knowledgeable and friendly. I usually don’t like sales people because they can be pushy, but Alan was complete opposite. I will definitely be back in the future.

Oil was not cleaned well from changing the oil filter leaving spots on my driveway and while in the dealers care custody and control got a trim screw in back tire and denied happening there
