Everything was great from start to finish.

Everything was great from start to finish. Carrie, Lauren and Kelly were who we worked with and each of them were awesome. Our experience was smooth each step of the way, When we arrived everything was ready there was no waiting around for papers and stuff like that. Lauren took the time to show us everything within the vehicle and assured us we can reach out to her at anytime. We are very satisfied and happy with our experience and we love our new Bronco.

Very pleased with CHAPMAN of EHT

First time. Alittle nervous. My husband always took care of this. He bought me a Lincoln before he died because he wanted me to be safe. The service person (Traci) took good care of me making me feel comfortable about the new experience. Wasn't sure where I was going to have my car serviced but maked a good choice

Great people with great service!

Great experience when I first leased my car. Great experience when I recently bought that same lease out! Staff was great as well as management. Will be returning in the future and will certainly recommend to family and friends.
