Oil change life was less than 3 months & 3k miles

Got an oil change from them less than 3 months and 3k miles, now the truck says oil life at 5%. Either someone did not reset the oil life on the truck or they are not using ford motor craft oil and filters. Never go back here again.

Waste of time going to the dealership They pick and

Waste of time going to the dealership They pick and choose who they’re going to sell their limited inventory to Spent two hours there and then said OK let’s make the deal and they said we can’t right now you me to have your trade with you right now we can’t wait 36 hours Seriously I was not even doing a trade just turning a Lease in that I bought from them Apparently the Chapman group has separate ownership and that egg Harbor Township Is a franchise that the owner I think is clueless on what is really going on

Wasted my time

Don’t go there if you are going to buy from Chapman definitely not that one I had a pleasant experience with the one in Horsham PA decided to visit their dealership While we were down in Atlantic City After spending two hours in their dealership I tried making a deal with them and was told they would not write the deal while I was there Even with a $25,000 payment and excellent credit they would not wait 36 hours for me to bring my trade in I ended up calling on the phone and making a deal with the Horsham location What an absolutely waste of time down a third dealership I would never go there again nor would I recommend anybody else

This is a review of the Chapman Ford Collision shop in...

This is a review of the Chapman Ford Collision shop in Pleasantville NJ would give zero stars if possible - still don't have my car as of today (10/14). Whatever you do - don't use them or let your insurance select them. Accident occurred on 6/11/21 and I still don't have my car or any date of when available. Understand the original delay for the backordered part but that part arrived in mid August. When Robert Heady would communicate on the Yukon, it was always vague and non-descript. I have now lost confidence in the quality of the work particularly the lack of real communication (literally 30+ yrs of giving excuses - he is good). The lack of any specific communication throughout the process is what is mind-numbing!! AVOID AVOID AVOID update 2 - Appreciate the dealer reaching out to speak but I wish to have a detailed review of what has been done on my car, what is left to do, and most importantly - a commitment to when (an actual firm date) I will get it back. Even my insurance company AAA was frustrated yesterday with the lack of clarity and the long list of excuses when they spoke with the collision shop - literally the place seems like a black hole for cars - from a business perspective it literally makes no sense. Again AVOID AVOID AVOID update 3 - let's talk after you find out what is going on with my car - frankly don't have much to say beyond what I have posted here - the lack of clarity, information, etc is on the Chapman side. update 4 - it is 1pm on Monday 10/18/21 and have yet to receive an update despite speaking to a manager of a manager

Great experience

It was so easy purchasing a new car at Chapman Ford ,Egg harbor Township New Jersey . Everyone there was extremely friendly. Dennis Richard was our salesman . He found a car that had everything that we wanted. Dennis made my wife and I very comfortable through the whole process of buying a new car. Thank you Dennis and thank you Chapman Ford .
