AVOID the collision shop at all costs

This is a review of the Chapman Ford Collision shop in Pleasantville NJ would give zero stars if possible - still don't have my car as of today (10/14). Whatever you do - don't use them or let your insurance select them. Accident occurred on 6/11/21 and I still don't have my car or any date of when available. Understand the original delay for the backordered part but that part arrived in mid August. When Robert Heady would communicate on the Yukon, it was always vague and non-descript. I have now lost confidence in the quality of the work particularly the lack of real communication (literally 30+ yrs of giving excuses - he is good). The lack of any specific communication throughout the process is what is mind-numbing!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Great experience

It was so easy purchasing a new car at Chapman Ford ,Egg harbor Township New Jersey . Everyone there was extremely friendly. Dennis Richard was our salesman . He found a car that had everything that we wanted. Dennis made my wife and I very comfortable through the whole process of buying a new car. Thank you Dennis and thank you Chapman Ford .

F250 Super Duty Repair and Service

Finally I have the oil leak repaired after almost Two years. I am so ecstatic. And Chapman honored the warranty from almost 2 years ago repair work (which never repaired it). Also they fixed the Engine Light Problem . Turned out it was an issue with the glow plugs. Rob coordinated the repair and kept me updated. Very happy, especially with the oil leak. I was 2 quarts low in oil because of it. Wish I could shake the hands of the techs / mechanics and tip them. I no longer have to put a drop pan under the truck when I park it in the garage. Thank you Rob.
