Didn?t fix problem- also told I needed new tire this is ford vehicle from ford dealer was told they didn?t have and could not obtain and I should go online find one and have TIRE sent to my home- very frustrating

Oil Change and Tire Pressure gauge issues

Call at 9:30 am and Rob got me a 3:15 PM (very convenient) appointment. In and out in just about an hour, couldn't ask for more. Just perfect.

2013 used Ford Edge

Very helpful when buying,trading in a vehicle. Treat you like family I have never in 15 years or more been unhappy with them.

First oil change/service

Went for my first oil change on my 2019 Ford Escape leased from Chapman and everything went well. They took me right on time and completed the service in a timely manner in addition the first change was free.

Oil change and tire rotation

Just had my Oil changed and tires rotated! Along with this service all fluids checked and tire wear was inspected. The price was reasonable. The staff is friendly and skilled. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I was in and out in a short time.
