Went to Chapman Ford in EHT for recall work on 2015 Edge SEL. Appointment date was a month, arrived on time, service rep was knowledgeable, quick and professional. Repairs completed in less time than expected. Great job all around. Will definitely use Chapman Ford Service again!

Chapman Lincoln service dept did a great job but Lincoln needs to provide better information and support to the dealers Having the car in the service department for a simple repair for over 3 weeks due to a Lincoln ussue is not acceptabel

Chapman Ford Service

I dropped off my Explorer on a Saturday without an appointment and couldn?t be happier with the service! I was updated throughout the process and notified immediately when my vehicle was done. Excellent experience!

Another good experience.

Staff was helpful, Donald was great about getting us into the deal we wanted for our situation. This is the 4th vehicle we have bought from Chapman Ford EHT and will continue, from sales to service they are great to deal with.

Recall Service -Ford Fusion

Brought vehicle in for a recall notice. There were actually two recalls. One was addressed, the other is waiting for parts from Ford. I used the shuttle service to return home after leaving car @ dealership. The driver was very nice, and informed me he was done his shift @ 4:30 PM. Ray, service writer called late in the afternoon and said they were working on 2nd recall notice, ( steering bolts ). By the time Ray called back, it was after 4:30. I had to find a ride back to dealer. Also, the 2nd recall was not done.

thank you Rob for all of your help you were to me and getting my car fixed!!! it really meant a lot to me and thanks for not getting mad at me for being so absent minded and not finding my keys and not remembering what I did with them. It really makes a difference when the person helps you with everything to make your life better. I look forward to coming again and seeing all the people who are so nice there and chatting with them.
