First oil change/service

Went for my first oil change on my 2019 Ford Escape leased from Chapman and everything went well. They took me right on time and completed the service in a timely manner in addition the first change was free.

Oil change and tire rotation

Just had my Oil changed and tires rotated! Along with this service all fluids checked and tire wear was inspected. The price was reasonable. The staff is friendly and skilled. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I was in and out in a short time.

Great Service, As Always.

I was bringing in my vehicle for a routine 5k check up. I purchased a spare key from the parts department and needed to schedule to have it programmed. I was able to add it to my prior service order and still wait for my vehicle. Ben, my service rep, took the time to let me know that everything checked out fine with my car and gave me an estimated time that the service would be completed.

Great Experience !!!

Chapman Ford Lincoln was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. From the beginning throughout the complete process the sales representative Mr. Papaycik was very thorough, efficient, patient and accommodating. I appreciated the finance department working so expeditiously to complete the paperwork.
