Well done, Chapman Ford!

I was trying to locate and purchase a 2020 Lincoln Aviator. They are currently very hard to come by as they are a new release. Chapman contacted me when one came available and it was just what I was looking for. Salesman Steve Evans was professional and thorough. The car is fantastic!

Service

Came in for an oil change and told the guy that the check engine light is on! He explained that they couldn?t look at it because I believe it was only 1 technician. No-one made the appt to schedule a technician to check out why the engine light is on! I had to call to make it myself! My car was wasn?t washed and/or vacuumed after the oil change! No complimentary beverages soda juice cookies! I called to schedule an appt now I have to wait 2 weeks before someone can look at my car, I don?t want to drive because I don?t want to make it worse but I have to go to work and that?s my transportation
