Chapman service
Service work was good. Facilities waiting room was dirty, used to store computer papers. not the type I have experienced at other Lincoln dealers.

They run right on time............if your appt. is 6 p.m. you are taken in then...............Ben is fantastic as a service rep, he keeps you informed at all times if something has been found that's going on with your vehicle............tip top service, both physically, and technically there.
