2016 Ford Escape

Chapman ford service department was great as always, it was the Ford Corporation that failed to get a new transmission to the dealership in a reasonable time frame. It took over two weeks for the transmission to get to the dealership. It came in and we got the car back the next day.

Emergency Repair

A hose broke while on the Atlantic city Exp and had my car towed to Chapman. I was planning on being in Ocean City for a couple days vacation. I was hoping the repair would be done by the time I had to leave. 48 hours later the car was not looked at and no one seemed to care that I lived hours away and it would be an extreme inconvience to go home and then have to drive several hours back to Chapman to pick up my car. Jamie the cashier was helpful but all 3 of the service repair people were totally uncaring. I asked for the service manager but was told he wouldn't be of any help. At that point I was so concerned that they would have that same uncaring attitude while repairing my car so I chose to pay a fortune to have my car towed to McCafferty Ford in Langhorn, my trusted local dealership. Don't deal with Chapman Ford in Pleasentville NJ. It won't be pleasent.
