Very courteous and professional. Excellent buying experience. Vehicle was as advertised. same day loan process and approval. Although I didn't take home vehicle same day. It was ready to be taken home that same day. I would recommend chapman ford to others.

Had gotten a scrape in a parking lot last week , and wasn?t happy about it so knowing where I could get great quality service I brought my Explorer to Chapman Ford EHT. Where Vickie gave it a quick look over said it was a quick fix, she wasn?t lying done in under 2 hours ? Explorer looks like new again!! 5 plus quality service for sure!!

BUNCH OF LIARS
Test drove a TITAN XD that was just traded in. I made a offer on it and they said they would call me after they go over the truck. This was on 4/1, they called 4/3 saying it was being detailed. Naji the salesman said he would call me when it gets out of service. Today 4/8 he calls and said they sold it. WHY ? I drove 50 min. each way for nothing ! THX . FOR A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !
