Poor customer service

They totally dismissed my daughter and didn't eant to work with her or suggest any options that would've helped her. Would not recommend this place at all!

Ford Keeps True!

My family has gone to Ford for years so for my first buying experience I am going to go to the place I trust! And they did NOT disappoint. My husband & I were worried we were not going to leave with anything do to our lack of down payment & fair credit. But they saw we needed a car since the one I had was dying horribly, & our dealer named Tim was fantastic & worked miracles! Go to Ford if you ever need a car I can NOT believe I got such a great deal on a car like what I bought for what we gave! They did so much for us! Ford did it again!

Excellent service and support

Bought a Fusion and found the buying process at Chapman to be very easy, friendly, and with no pressure. I would recommend Chapman to anyone for the service and atmosphere of their showroom.

Chapman Service is second to none. I always feel very important when I am being helped. Ben has been my service advisor for as long as I can remember. The quality of service that I receive from Chapman will probably keep me in a Ford Product on my next car. Truthfully I have not experienced buying a car from this dealership, so I can't speak for the sales department.
