Ford Escape Air Conditioner problem

My car was rumbling, vibrating and making strange noises. Rob Jakos (the greatest) over the phone, by my description diagnosed the problem. He got me a next day appointment and had my car 100% repaired well before the promised time. The gentleman is the best and Chapman Ford's greatest asset. Many Thanks Bob

Service

Service for oil change on my Lincoln MKX. Vehicle was ready when predicted. Friendly, Courteous. professional attitude by all. Extensive record explained. All was well and advised about wear of tires. Chapman had a oil change special, but to my surprise, the service was free due to my history and gaining points. Can't beat that. Lincoln got washed to top off my good fortune.

2006 Freestyle Lunging Repair

Taken care of immediately on arrival for appointment .............kept informed of the situation and how much it would be costing............Ben is an amazing representative in his communication with the customer. Although this car was not purchased at this dealership, many other cars we have owned over the years, have been even before it was "Chapman"................way back to the McCarthy Ford days.

Chapman Ford is #1

There is a reason I always travel 45 minutes to Chapman Ford in EHT. I've always had the best experiences with the most polite people that work there. From the service department to sales, they constantly make sure you understand what is going on and that you are comfortable. I was in to lease a new vehicle this visit and it couldn't have gone any smoother. Mani helped me this time around and he was wonderful. Always asking if I needed anything while waiting for paperwork to be complete and just sitting and having a real conversation. I told him what I wanted and he brought it to me, he was open to any questions, or concerns I had and answered everything. I will absolutely continue to come here for any of my vehicle needs. Thank you Mani, Greg, Alicia and everyone at Chapman Ford for being so wonderful always!

great service

Went in for routine oil change and tire rotation. I went in at 7pm and was done very quickly. I do need to take it back, however, because the tires are louder than they should be.
