car repair

The service rep said my car was finished and he would be right with me. I got tired of waiting so I went outside for awhile and then came back in. The service rep said my bill was at the cashier. I felt like I was being a pain and he wanted to get rid of me. I wanted to ask him same questions but I decided to leave .I have been in the casino business for 39 years and I know something about customer service. Little things matter.I do applaud your effort to improve customer service in the company

Chapman Ford Service Review

Overall, my experience was GOOD. My only suggestions are, when servicing a car with handicap plates, the tech should make an attempt to park the car close to the service entrance. I watched the tech drive pass 3 available spots before parking my park near the far end of a row. Second, I appreciate the care given to the interior of my car but I wish they would remove the paper liner from the driver side floor. I feel like I'm cleaning up after them. Thank you!

Replace original equipment

Had to have on board computer replaced. Part had to be ordered and was delivered when promised. Installed when promised and in less time then promised. Rob Jakos is the best!

Always Satisfied

Friendly, efficient service. We have been using this dealer for about 14 years and have never felt that we were were "over serviced" and always given any available discounts. We never had any problems with vehicles serviced or purchased at this location.
