Made appt to have oil change and service engine lite checked! They did oil change ( oil on steering wheel, door handle and floor boards!) never checked engine lite! Was told mechanic didn't have his diagnostic tool) plus brake job o had done 400 miles ago Brakes squeak! Not happy with service at all. !!wont recommend chapmen!

Oil change Et Al
Brought my son's girlfriends purchase in to be checked out for road trip. Needed oil change and she had concerns about her brakes. Turns out the brakes were perfect, but she needed a new battery. appreciated the thoroughness of the service crew.

As good as it gets!
Chapman Ford actually picked us up at our residence & drove us to the dealership. We had already brought down our trade-in & my wife was unable to drive. That, to me, is going out of your way to accommodate customer & make a deal.

Stress free experience
After visiting several other Ford dealerships and wanting to run away I decided to give one more Ford dealership a try. Low and behold It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Chapman Ford for a stress free experience. Leased another Ford. See you in 36 months!!

Didn't like attitude
Went to look at used car, was told pretty bluntly, this is what you're getting, we're not fixing anything and if you have any issues you're on your own. Pretty blunt, didn't get feeling that they cared about us any more than getting our money.

Highly Recommend!
We went into Chapman Ford to look at a new truck. We worked with Dave Reyes and we had a wonderful experience. He worked hard to get us into the truck we wanted at a great price.
