Stress free experience

After visiting several other Ford dealerships and wanting to run away I decided to give one more Ford dealership a try. Low and behold It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Chapman Ford for a stress free experience. Leased another Ford. See you in 36 months!!

Didn't like attitude

Went to look at used car, was told pretty bluntly, this is what you're getting, we're not fixing anything and if you have any issues you're on your own. Pretty blunt, didn't get feeling that they cared about us any more than getting our money.

Highly Recommend!

We went into Chapman Ford to look at a new truck. We worked with Dave Reyes and we had a wonderful experience. He worked hard to get us into the truck we wanted at a great price. We are so happy to be owners of a new F150. We would highly recommend Chapman Ford and Dave Reyes if you are looking to buy a new vehicle.

Ford Focus ST

Would not buy a car from here. I was quoted 512 a month for a Ford Fiesta ST. I went to another dealership and bought the car for 398 a month. 115 dollar savings a month!!! Rip off !!! Also they tried telling me my credit was horible I have a 700 credit score!!!! :( Took my business to Kindle who treated me fairly.

A lot of options to choose from. Great pricing and services.

We bought our 1998 Ford Explorer at Chapman. After some 19 years, I felt that it is time for an upgrade. My wife and I came in for a Ford Explorer 2017. We know how much it would cost from TRUECAR. Alan Huscher took time to show us all of the available Explorers and going through the options. We picked the one that we liked and told Alan that we didn't want to waste his time or our time. We asked him to give us his best pricing. A moment later, Alan came back with a new price that was almost what we thought it should be. Alan again walked us through the paperwork with ease. I truly felt that at Chapman I got all of these: good pricing, professional courtesy, no-pressure sale pitches, and a group of very knowledgeable sale associates like Alan Huscher.

Fast and painless

Alan was amazing. Went in on a Saturday right before closing. Told him what I was looking for and he was more than willing to start going to work on the deal right there. I just moved so I wouldn't be able to come back until the following Tuesday but gave him the green light on the car we found. He and Jeremy (finance guy) had everything ready to go right when I walked in. Sign and drive. Everything was explained with the utmost transparency. Car and dealership were both phenomenal.
