Will NEVER buy a car anywhere else!!!!!
Linda was a true professional! The entire process and experience was refreshing and rewarding! Once I walked into Chapman I was greeted by a woman who immediately found a sales associate who greeted me and asked me why I was visiting Chapman. I explained why I was there and exactly what I was looking for and Linda listened to every word I said and brought me to view a group of vehicles that fit my wants/needs. We viewed each and every vehicle that matched and exceeded my wants/needs, but Linda never once pressured me to test drive anything that did not fit my comfort zone! When I saw what I wanted I knew it and Linda respected that and I was greatly appreciative for Linda's desire to support me through this process rather than concerning herself with just another sale. We test drove exactly what I wanted and I immediately knew I was ready to take the next step which is typically the dreaded financing process. However, once again Linda respected my needs and wants and listened to each and every word I spoke while giving me sound advice and guidance! We discussed numbers and I explained what I felt comfortable to pay as a car payment with both Bruce and Linda. We worked the numbers and moved to the next step which was the credit application. We actually discussed and established a payment prior to the application which was not only reassuring, but reinforced that my needs were driving this deal not the sales quota of the dealership. We finalized the paperwork with Mike (who was very personable and made this step painless)! Linda joined us to finalize and review our online Ford tools and then brought us to our vehicle to discuss any/all features. I have to also mention that throughout this entire process I was always offered beverages and snacks which was extremely thoughtful and kind! Before we drove away with our vehicle we were greeted by Mr. Kassner one of the Chapman owners which one again reinforced that we were not simply a star on a board representing a sale, but an important client that matters! Last, but not least Linda called me the following day to check in on us and our new vehicle and we were able to discuss a few minor manufacturing concerns (a minor paint drip) and Linda suggested that we come back at our convenience for a manager to take a look. We returned that day and was once again greeted by Linda and a manager and our concerns were immediately addressed and rectified! WE WILL NEVER BUY A CAR ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU LINDA, BRUCE, MIKE, BEN, VICKY, ROSIE, BILL, and the ENTIRE CHAPMAN SERVICE and SALES TEAM!!!!!

Greg is a great Salesman!!
I went shopping for a car and went to a couple different dealerships and made my decision to get a Mazda from Chapman. Greg was an excellent Salesman who was very attentive to what I wanted. I recommend anyone looking for a car go see Greg Rawlings!

A true pleasure working with everyone who helped us
Great experience!! We knew what we wanted to buy and we knew what we wanted to spend. We expressed this to our sales people and they made it happen. No annoying haggling or waiting around. None of that business that makes you not want to go car shopping. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, honest, Knowledgable, and professional. We were in our new vehicle the next day!

Lack of "Service" Department
I dropped my F-250 off for maintance yesterday for a scheduled appointment. At least I thought. My truck was never serviced. I'm a contractor. A day without my truck is a lost day's pay. The manager didn't even have the curtesy to call me upon my request left with Stephanie. I guess he couldn't fit me in either.

Easy, professional and friendly.
Our experience at this dealership was nothing short of awesome. Moe Khan, our sales person, was informative, professional, friendly and very accommodating. The finance manager, Bobby Thomas was just a good and made the process painless and stress free.

Fantastic Experience
I stopped to look for a potential purchase and ended up leaving with a truck I love. Mani Khan found exactly what I was looking for within minutes, in both new and pre-owned, and I'm a very picky person. He was extremely friendly and understanding during the day and not pushy at all. Unfortunately I had to rush to close the deal and complete paperwork due to working that night, as I enjoyed the experience so much, but it was a fantastic experience with a great group of guys. I would absolutely return and recommend others, especially to Mani and Bruce.

7/19/15 leased a new 2015,
I leased a new 2015 Lincoln MKC. My salesman was Steve Evans. I give Steve and the dealership a excellent rating. Steve took the time to talk to me on the phone about the deals he had, not knowing if I was a serious customer. When I arrived without a appointment, Steve was busy with another customer. He took the time to talk to me and bring a MKC to the front for me to test drive. When I was finished with my drive he helped me to get the deal I wanted. Felt At Home, Comfortable and Cared About
Chapman Ford, Lincoln, Mazda is by far the best car dealership in South Jersey. This was our second time leasing a new car from Chapman and all have to say is - WOW! Everyone we dealt with made us feel comfortable and were extremely attentive to our needs. Our salesmen, Steve Evans worked out a great deal on a brand new Lincoln, which was the perfect next car for us. We love this place!
