Excellent dealership, excellent salesman!
My wife and I showed up at Chapman around 8:40 PM (closes at 9PM) and my salesman Greg stayed with us until 10:00 PM patiently answering all of our questions and working out a great deal. That night we went home with a new Mazda3. Came back the next day to finish up some paperwork and the entire staff (even those that had nothing to do with the deal) was friendly and attentive. Greg was knowledgeable, a pleasure to work with and gave us the best possible service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chapman Auto and Greg to family and friends.

Great except the MPG not high enough
Very pleased with the car, Mazda 6, and the salesman, Tim Griffiths, as well as the others in the sales and financing process. I like every aspect of the car except it has not reached close to 38 MPG as they said.

Exceptional Staff
I had an extraordinary experience at Chapman Ford this week. I looked at and test drove several vehicles and my sales associate Moe Khan was extremely patient and very knowledgeable about the products sold at Chapman. What I loved most was no strong-arm pressure to purchase. Sales manager Bruce Carlino was also helpful in negotiating the best deal that he could with me. We came to look around! We were met with The Best Salesman, Mani Khan, and a few hours later..... A BRAND NEW 2015 FORD FIESTA!!!!! OMG MY DAUGHTER GOT A NEW CAR!!! Absolutely NO PRESSURE
My intent when I went in to Chapman Ford was to get a final price so could negotiate with the dealership where my lease was about forty days until the end. I felt that the last time, even though I liked the vehicle, I had gotten taken and paid way too much. I told the sales rep Mani Khan that this was mission. He said, "No problem" And that he would be as helpful as possible. We went over my requirements, I liked the Ford Escape, and we went out on the lot to look around. I found one that was redish. They called the color "Sunset". We then had the appreiser take a look at my car. He said that it was just fine. They checked my FICA score and it showed excellent. So we got down to the bid. As I said, I was just looking for a price to beat up my previous dealer with. But the price they offered and the deal they offered were great. As they say in Tennis, Game, Set, and match. the young lady who took care of transfering my insurance was very efficient as ws the finance guy named Matt. But Mani was the best. AND, there was NEVER any pressure. Oh my, what an easy way to buy a new car. I will be back when this lease is done in three years. That's a promise. Good Job guys. Excellent job. You can usually tell when the employees are being properly treated by upper management by the way the employees treat the customers. It this case, management must treat their folks like family. Terrific.

Totally Painless
I spoke to Greg Rawlings who has a great sense of humor but most of all knew everything about the cars in the dealership. He made the whole process totally painless. I was surprised that while Chapman Ford/Mazda I had several people, who had nothing to do with my purchase, ask me if I needed anything while I waited for my paperwork to be done. I would definitely recommend Chapman Ford/Mazda but mostly Greg who made the entire process easy and well, painless.
