ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

The staff at Chapman Ford Lincoln Mazda is incredible. Every person I encountered was friendly, knowledgable, patient, and in no way did they pressure me one bit. Those that stood out to me were Mani, Matt, and Bobby. These gentlemen made my car buying experience so much easier than I thought it ever could be and I am so grateful for all of their help. I would recommend this dealership and the 2015 Mazda 3 to anyone! Amazing car (at an amazing price), amazing dealership, amazing people. What more could you ask for?

Pleasant Experiance

Very professional and seamless process. Salesman David was very informative and not pushy at all. The process was not time consuming and all the employees we dealt with during the buying experience were pleasant and answered all questions my wife and I had about the purchase. Service and attention is importan

I visited four different dealers looking to replace my Ford Fusion which came off lease this month. When I stop in at Chapman Ford I was greeted by a very friendly sales person who respectfully inquired as to what I would be looking for. After brief conversation I decided on what I wanted but the car was in a Phila dealership. They immediately sent someone to pick up the car so I could look at it in person. This is service....

pleasant, courtious, and knowlegable

we were not pressured . we had a good car buying experience. our salesman, greg rawlings was helpful and pleasant. it was a reasonable price for our explorer.

Go Chapman!!

Our salesman, Mo Khan was the difference maker. Very professional and helpful with all of our questions. Searched inventory and found the exact car, model, color and seats that we wanted. Took the time to explain all technology built into the Sport Mazda3. What a great guy.

Excellent dealership, excellent salesman!

My wife and I showed up at Chapman around 8:40 PM (closes at 9PM) and my salesman Greg stayed with us until 10:00 PM patiently answering all of our questions and working out a great deal. That night we went home with a new Mazda3. Came back the next day to finish up some paperwork and the entire staff (even those that had nothing to do with the deal) was friendly and attentive. Greg was knowledgeable, a pleasure to work with and gave us the best possible service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chapman Auto and Greg to family and friends.

Valued Customers at Chaoman Ford

We felt the title of this review. Dave Reyes was fantastic. He mad us feel completely at ease and we would recommend him to our family and friends. Bruce Carlino the sales manager was great and easy to deal with and we were very pleased with Matt Cavanaugh, the finance manager. All in all our experience was excellent.

Amazing

My husband and I never would have imagined walking out with 2 new cars one for me and one for him. Donald the sales manager and Mani our sales rep were great!! They made it happen for us. We would recommend this dealer to everyone they work for you!!

Great except the MPG not high enough

Very pleased with the car, Mazda 6, and the salesman, Tim Griffiths, as well as the others in the sales and financing process. I like every aspect of the car except it has not reached close to 38 MPG as they said.

Awesome Staff

My mother was shopping for a nice used car for me as mi first car. I was very happy we went to Chapman, Moe and Mani where great they show us some cars and explain many things to me. We test drive and I got my first car that I love.
