Overall great experience

Mani Khan did a great job of showing us the vehicle we wanted to see and processing the deal quickly and efficiently. Our particular used vehicle had some issues which the sales and service teams were very clear with us about. Although they did not wish to investigate the issue and could not concretely tell us what was wrong with the vehicle, we understood that is why we got such a great deal. We are very happy with our purchase and would return to purchase a new or used vehicle from Chapman.

Fantastic Dealership

My wife and I have purchased 3 vehicles during the past 6 years from Chapman Ford Lincoln Mazda - Sales rep, Dina Carlino has been a fantastic salesperson with each transaction - very courteous, professional, truthful and she returns voice mail calls in minutes. We also give the service team 5 stars! What can I say about Bruce and the financing process? Well, that's easy! IT WAS EASY! - With each purchase, the financing was tailored to fit our needs. Did I say it was easy? It really was! From the moment we decided which vehicle we wanted, 30 minutes later we are out the door and in our newly purchased vehicle on our way home! Bought a new Mazda CX5

We had a great experience shopping and ultimately buying a new Mazda CX5. Moe Kahn was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable and patient with our questions. He made us feel comfortable and never pushed us to make a hasty decision. When we were ready, he was there to help make the process of buying a car easy.

Best experience I ever received

Not your typical pushy salesman

I went in to chapman to check out the new ford transits for my company. I dealt with Mani and he was friendly and knowledgable. He knew I was not purchasing anything that day and was not like your typical pushy sales man. I will be back soon to purchase one when they have more in stock, there was only 2 on the lot.

excellent service

Called the sales person I had dealt with before(4 yrs ago) told her what model I was looking for and the features I wanted and she picked the perfect vehicle for me. Sent me pictures on my phone and we signed the papers 2days later
