Great Salesman

I bought a Ford Edge from Steve Evans and he was great! He knew what he was talking about and got me the best deal! He was not your typical salesman! I recommend him to everyone!

Steve Evans and the entire staff are wonderful!

I was having a very hard time car wise and Steve was able to get me into a car within hours. I have since referred to more people to him and they are also thrilled. "Satisfied Customers"

Steve Evans is the greatest! We were very pleased and satisfied with the purchase of our 2015 Ford Fusion. We have dealt with Steve personally for the past 3 years and he has always gone out of his way to please us. The service department is also excellent.

Leasing a Ford Fusion

This is my third time leasing a Ford Fusion from this dealership and I have always had excellent service. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. Ms. Dina Carlino always makes my transition into Ford Fusions very low stress. This time the financials fit my budget better than expected, and I received the exact color car I wanted. Trust is important to me

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Chapman that ended with good experiences and great vehicles. My third vehicle I went for was a leased car, I think mostly due to miscommunication and probably my lack of knowledge left me disappointed. I wrote owner of my feelings and surprisingly got a immediate response & resolve, which let me know he was listening, Now that is what I call "exceptional" customer service. Recently a (chapman) employee Mike Murray came into my place of business, I got talking about my experience, and he took time on his own free time to explain it better for me to understand how the leasing world works for a lot of people. Thanks for that. My daughter will be needing a car in the near future and I will trust & continue to be a Loyal Chapman customer.

Best I ever dealt with

Chapman was great I spoke with Dina she got my girlfriend and I the vehicles we wanted for great deals, so within 12 hours we got 2 vehicles. I dealt with other dealerships and so far Chapman and everyone in there were great. I wouldn't go anywhere else especially after this great experience. Great sales & service

My husband and I have both purchased new cars from Chapman Mazda. Our salesman, Steve Evans, was easy to work with as well as very professional.
