Great Product, Fantastic People, A++Dealership

We just added our third Mazda3 to our household within this past year. All were purchased/leased from Chapman. We have had the pleasure of working with Bruce Carlino, Mario Ragone and most recently Mike Murray. These gentlemen are fantastic to work with and come with the highest recommendation possible. I used to dread buying a vehicle. Not the case with these gentlemen at Chapman. The entire process each time was a pleasurable one. THANK YOU BRUCE, MARIO, AND MIKE!!

"Best dealship around"

We are returning customers and would never consider any other Ford dealership for our needs. Our salesman was Keith Levitt and he did an amazing job in finding the car we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and also had a great personality. One of the reasons for our return to Chapman Ford was Mike the finance manager. He was a salesman at the time when we leased our last vehicle and he also did an outstanding job. I don't think you could go wrong dealing with anyone at this location however, if you don't have a favorite ask for Keith you won't be sorry.

awesome experience

I bought a Ford focus yesterday and had a great experience. Dave was my salesman who was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He took all the time I needed to help me make the best decision. It was like buying from family. If you're interested in buying a car you have to go to lChapman ford. They truly put your needs first and make sure you get the best deal in town. The finance manager even came to my salesmans desk and helped me get the right financing that fit my budget. You guys are the best. Thanks for taking all the stress out of buying a vehicle. Nice experience!

Would deal with again in a heartbeat. Our salesman, David Reyes really went to bat for us . Bruce Woods also worked for us on the numbers. Every staff member there had a smile and were friendly.

Good experience as usual

I just recently leased my fourth vehicle from this dealership. As usual, I was happy with the customer service. I would recommend sales consultant Greg Rawlings. Very friendly, courteous and easy to work with.

Great Dealership

I have given this dealership a rating of 5 stars for it's excellent service. This was the first car my wife and I purchased a car together and we were told by many that buying a car can be a tiring process. I was more than pleased with both the professonialism and how quickly and smoothly the entire process went. Steve Evans was our sales associate and he was excellent. I knew I could trust him and would definitely return to this dealership again.
