We had a great experience

They made every effort, working with us, without being pushy. Dina Carlino was a pleasure to work with. We bought a 2014 Toyota RAV4. They were a wonderful dealership.

purchase of 2014 Linclon MKS

Steve Evans the salesmen was Great he worked with me and made every effort to make the deal work for me. Second car I purchased from him. Michael in Finance was great and very professional, as well as Bruce the sales Manager. Even the owner came out to talk to me . They make it very easy to purchase a car.

Great Experience Leasing a Car

Just leased my second Mazda 6 from Chapman Ford and the experience again was most pleasurable. No pressure no annoying sales people to irritate you, the most friendly and knowledgeable staff I've ever had the PLEASURE to work with. My salesman MO KAHN who is very personable and very knowledgeable about the cars he is selling answered all my questions and is very easy to talk to, was so helpful he went above and beyond with no pressure involved. My experience in leasing my second car from here was AWESOME I hate stepping foot into all Car Dealerships because they are sharks and the customer is their prey, NOT Here at Chapman Ford in EGG Harbor Twp. the whole staff treated My family with the utmost respect with no pressure at all. Finance Manager Tony Martinez was also very helpful.. The whole staff was awesome. Would DEFINITELY recommend this dealership to family and friends. Keep up the GREAT work. Very happy and excited customer.

outstanding

My husband just bought a Lincoln MKZ from the sales person named Dena Marie Carlino. Not only was she a pleasure to deal with she was very knowledgeable with your products. At first I was hesitant to deal with a woman (I always had men dealers helping before) but I found out how wrong I was and how she was such an excellent salesperson. Not only did my husband lease a new car she also help me with my Toyota RAV 4 I bought last year. I was telling her I was not completely satisfied with the RAV4 but I certainly was not going to lose my shirt buying another one. She offered to check what it would cost me to exchange my RAV4 for a Lincoln MKC. I was rather happy with ithe results that I decided to lease the MKC. After a few days of driving around I am completely satisfied with my choice. Again you have a treasure in Dena.

Totally impressed!

From start to finish, this dealership knows its business. We were treated with respect and patience as we decided on the CX5 Mazda. Michael Murray was the most knowledgeable salesperson and friendly to boot! This dealer comes highly recommended from the sale right on to the pricing and financing. The entire team is a joy to work with.

Great Product, Fantastic People, A++Dealership

We just added our third Mazda3 to our household within this past year. All were purchased/leased from Chapman. We have had the pleasure of working with Bruce Carlino, Mario Ragone and most recently Mike Murray. These gentlemen are fantastic to work with and come with the highest recommendation possible. "Best dealship around"

We are returning customers and would never consider any other Ford dealership for our needs. Our salesman was Keith Levitt and he did an amazing job in finding the car we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and also had a great personality. One of the reasons for our return to Chapman Ford was Mike the finance manager. He was a salesman at the time when we leased our last vehicle and he also did an outstanding job. I don't think you could go wrong dealing with anyone at this location however, if you don't have a favorite ask for Keith you won't be sorry.

awesome experience

I bought a Ford focus yesterday and had a great experience. Dave was my salesman who was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He took all the time I needed to help me make the best decision. It was like buying from family. If you're interested in buying a car you have to go to lChapman ford. They truly put your needs first and make sure you get the best deal in town. The finance manager even came to my salesmans desk and helped me get the right financing that fit my budget. You guys are the best. Thanks for taking all the stress out of buying a vehicle.
