Leasing a Ford Fusion

This is my third time leasing a Ford Fusion from this dealership and I have always had excellent service. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. Ms. Dina Carlino always makes my transition into Ford Fusions very low stress. This time the financials fit my budget better than expected, and I received the exact color car I wanted. Very happy with todays service. Thank you very much!

Trust is important to me

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Chapman that ended with good experiences and great vehicles. My third vehicle I went for was a leased car, I think mostly due to miscommunication and probably my lack of knowledge left me disappointed. I wrote owner of my feelings and surprisingly got a immediate response & resolve, which let me know he was listening, Now that is what I call "exceptional" customer service. Recently a (chapman) employee Mike Murray came into my place of business, I got talking about my experience, and he took time on his own free time to explain it better for me to understand how the leasing world works for a lot of people. Thanks for that. My daughter will be needing a car in the near future and I will trust & continue to be a Loyal Chapman customer.

Best Deal in Town

Best I ever dealt with

Chapman was great I spoke with Dina she got my girlfriend and I the vehicles we wanted for great deals, so within 12 hours we got 2 vehicles. I dealt with other dealerships and so far Chapman and everyone in there were great. I wouldn't go anywhere else especially after this great experience. Great sales & service

My husband and I have both purchased new cars from Chapman Mazda. Our salesman, Steve Evans, was easy to work with as well as very professional. He saw to it that we walked out of the show room with new cars each time! All follow up visits using your service department were highly professional and completed without any problems.

Looking for the right car
