Looking for the right car

My experience has been working with Michael Murray, he has been patient and understanding as I did not want to be pushed. He is knowledgeable about the cars and understood that I am trying to find the right car for me. I wish all salesperson's were of Michael's standard. Thank you Noel Kinney

Best Deal in Town

We got a great new/used Focus with a good warranty.

Our salesman Mani Khan was very helpful and has continued to go above and beyond to help us in every way. We did sit there most of the day Saturday and there was a lot of waiting around but all in all it was a good experience

Nicest employees in town.

Was greeted with a smile, handshake, and a lot of enthusiasm. Was a pleasure to work with these people, especially David Reyes. Everything was fully explained and all questions fully answered. Thank you for the experience.

Dissapointing

Well we drove an hour and a half to this dealership for a specific truck... Very nice clean truck besides the tailgate bubbling along the entire thing, no big deal we were going to fix... So it was Memorial Day so banks were closed okay no big deal. We were told oh no problem no problem we can work with you to get you where you want we have 15 different banks we use no problem. Great we felt awesome at that point so we were asked to wait until the next day so they could specifically talk to the banks over the phone for us. Well after we called them twice the next day at 5 pm oh sorry we can't do anything for you . We were totally caught off guard with at response after they pretty much convinced us the day before we would be going to pick the truck up the next day. We pretty much felt like we were built up for disappointment... We know we weren't perfect but they told us that didn't matter. Over all the dealership was very nice and they were helpful, the told us they were " working hard for us" haha. But our sales rep Michael Murray was absolutely the best car salesman we have ever worked with in our lives! If you go ask for Michael Murray.

Michael Murray Salesman

I found the salesman, Michael Murray, to be a friendly, intelligent, concerned young man. Generally, i very much dislike high pressure tactics when I but cars - and I have bought many over the years. Michael was different. Obviously he would have loved to make a sale but he wasn't going over the top with the usual nonsense that so many dealers rely on. I was very happy with the experience.
