I have purchased 2 vehicles from Chapman that ended with good experiences and great vehicles. My third vehicle I went for was a leased car, I think mostly due to miscommunication and probably my lack of knowledge left me disappointed. I wrote owner of my feelings and surprisingly got a immediate response & resolve, which let me know he was listening, Now that is what I call "exceptional" customer service. Recently a (chapman) employee Mike Murray came into my place of business, I got talking about my experience, and he took time on his own free time to explain it better for me to understand how the leasing world works for a lot of people.
