above and beyond my service expectations

I had been looking for a vehicle for a few weeks and man I wish I would have just visited Bob Boyd first! Harrold my sales person was straight forward and when he didn't have what I wanted on the lot he made arrangements and got it for me. They will definitely be getting a visit from me the next time my family is in the market for a new vehicle.

Like family...

We have now bought or leased 4 vehicles from Bob Boyd. They always treat us like we are family and our business is truly appreciated, and we are not just $$$ signs to them. They work very hard to get us the best deal and vehicle that we want and can afford. Even when we bring vehicle in for oil change/maintenance they are wonderful and know my time is valuable and get me in and out in a hurry. And they remember our names, which you won't find that a huge dealer. Thanks again Bob Boyd, love my new Mazda CX5.

car purchase

We just purchased a new Ford Edge and as in past purchases, we were treated in a professional, friendly, mannner. Our salesman, Jim Helm has always been fair & we appreciate that. We have bought several vehicles from this dealership since 1993 and the sales & service has been an overall good experience. The staff are all helpful & friendly.

Friendly, Efficient & great customer service

Very Satisfied. Bobby Dawes, owner always talks to me. Jim Helm my salesman is very through, never pushy and very helpful. Jim never makes me feel like he doesn't have time. He spent alot of time going over the options on my car. Tom Allen, finance is always friendly, kind and helpful. Barb W is friendly and helpful as well. The whole staff makes you feel welcome and you trust them. Great Job everyone I dealt with.

Quick and Easy Sales Process

Ashlee and Barb were awesome to work with. They were so friendly and fun. We told them exactly what my son was looking for in a truck and although they did not have it in stock, they went the next day to get it from another dealership. We then came back in to get the vehicle. The amount of time actually spent in the dealership was minimal and we got the exact vehicle we were looking for. I would come back and deal wiith them again in the future.

Get you in a car in three hours Harold

I had some serious car trouble with a previous car and needed to replace my vehicle, and fast. Harold, my sales guy, did everything in his power to make the process as quick and stress free as possible. It was a remarkable experience and I would recommend the dealer, and specifically Harold, to any who would ask. Thank you!

Car Purchase

My wife and I purchased a used car from Bob Boyd Ford in Lancaster. Super nice salesman Steve went beyond ( our opinion) what was needed on a minor purchase price. Held on to it for a week until we got the money. Been here 4 times and got great cars each time. Drive 20 miles for great service. Deal with them, you won't be disappointed.

F150 Truck

I recently decided to have my car serviced here in hopes of better and faster service. It was a good experience and so when I was shopping for a new truck, I switched from another dealer and found this to be a very good experience. They didn't try to rush me thru or try to sell me something I didn't want. Dave Smith was my salesman and I would recommend him to anybody looking for a vehicle.

Dodge Repair Garage

We took our 2002 Dodge Stratus in to be fixed. In starting the car, it had a shake, and then it wouldn't stay running... We took it in, they fixed something else that wasn't a problem, that cost over $300.00, So we called, we took it back one week later, they then claimed there was a problem with the spark plugs, cost over $300.00 again... Car is not running AT ALL now. Called back in there, they said to bring it back, yeah right! They couldn't fix it the first 2 times, and costing over $600.00 to NOT fix what was first wrong with it to begin with. And they wanted us to use our AAA to bring it back, not offering to get it themselves, on their dime. So I went in to speak with the manager at the repair shop. He was very rude!!!! I will NEVER take a vehicle there again, not even for an oil change.

Dealer response

We have asked the customer to return the vehicle back to our shop, and we will gladly reinspect the vehicle at no charge. We also indicated we would tow it in at no charge also. Customer has declined our offer.

2013 Ford Transit Connect

My 3rd Bob Boyd purchase and the 1st for our business. I've had occasion to work with all departments, sales, service and body shop and have always had fast courteous service and satisfied with the work. For this purchase, I worked with Steve Lucas while purchasing a 2013 Ford Transit Connect as a delivery vehicle for our Flowershop. Steve's knowledge of the vehicle and ability to answer questions helped to "seal the deal". The whole process from start to finish was quick and easy leaving me feeling very confident about my new delivery vehicle. In the words of Phil Robertson, "Happy, happy, happy!."
