Have a 2004 Honda, and with mounting miles knew I needed to do something. Looked at the safety ratings and saw that Mazda scored high. Worked with Jim Helm and had a great experience. Jim was very patient as he answered my questions, provided information, and showed me all the safety features of the vehicle. The paperwork was done expediently and with no hassle.

Very easy to deal with! Chuck K. is a great sales person, very personable, friendly and looks out for you! We have bought 2 vehicles from them so far and dealt with him both times. Our two escapes run excellent and we really enjoy them, The prices were very reasonable and they will definitely deal with you and try to make the price you are looking for happen. I have also had dealings with the service department and their work has always been excellent. The Bob Boyd staff have always been honest and up front. Also, after the sale they have always made follow-up contacts checking to see if I had any problems with their product. Excellent Company.

Great dealership. I have purchased two new F-150's from them in the last 2 years and both are great trucks (one for my company and one for personal use). Chuck and the sales team were very easy to work with and the pricing was very good. They went out of their way to find the exact vehicles I wanted and the entire sales process was quick and convenient.

Tried calling this dealer to ask about a Cars.com advertisement. First time they picked up, said nothing, and hung up on me. Second time they did the same thing. Third time they accused me of being a telemarketer, apologized when I told them what I was calling for (asking about a 2010 Chevy Aveo), then hung up on me again. Nice job making it easy for someone to check out a car people. Waste of time.
