Great service always

Joe always goes above in beyond in the service department!! He’s great and has great customer service and is always very friendly and willing to help with anything you have concerns about!

Great service and clean facility

Communication was excellent. Video inspection was thouough and informative. The shop and waiting area were immaculate The entire experience was great.

Ray Skillman Do Better

Everyone one is very friendly. Unfortunately, I just can't catch a break. I worked with Teresa who is great, but the car she had for me is another story. They have been quick to fix the issues and I really love the car but for the same thing to happen within a 2 1/2 week period is unnecessary. I informed them that the car was making a snapping sound and was told by the service manager that it was an EcoTech motor and that is how they sound. He informed me that it was "good as gold." This was a Monday. I was like I hope so as I am taking my kids out of town this weekend and don't want any surprises. The next day Tuesday drove to work then home. Was home about 2 hours and realized I needed something from the store which is 2 mins away. Drove there and back and as I turned onto my street all the bells where sounding in the car and it was over heating. That snapping noise was the drive belt breaking. They had the car for a week giving me a loaner until mine was done. Now we are 2 1/2 weeks into me having my car back and I hear the same snapping noise. Look under the car at the belt and it is tattered. Ofcourse they were closed at the time. Take it up there first thing this morning only to be told they can't give me a loaner because their plates are expired (single mom with kids and a full time job) but can leave it unfortunately they cant get to it until tomorrow. So I asked well do I keep driving it until it breaks and the service rider responded "I'm not saying that but we don't have anything to put you in as our plates are expired."

Mazda C X 5 Service

Everyone I spoke with was VERY friendly and the service was provided promptly at a reasonable cost. I was very pleased.

Magnificent Service

Alan in the service department was absolutely amazing! He found a warranty that I had on my car which I did not even know I had and applied it to my account which literally saved me thousands! He kept me up to date step by step on what was going on with my vehicle and even called me to let me know it was ready 2 days in advance! They are magnificent. My car is driving even better than before! Thank you thank you and thank you again!

Great customer service

Loved my experience

We had a wonderful experience and amazing staff. A quick oil change-and I loved the walk through video i received. Everyone was kind and very thorough.
