Great place for servicing car. The advisor is very clear about the recommended maintenances. They work fast and I usually get my car back on the same day.

Set up appointment online about a week in advance.

Set up appointment online about a week in advance. Showed up for appointment and was asked “did you make this appointment online? We will have to see if we have parts.” They also told my wife that when you rotate your tires, you should also balance them. Charged us $40 labor and I don’t even have a print out to show the results. Also saw a $19.20 misc charge without an explanation as to what it was. $219.00 for what should have been around $130.00 tops. Scammers in that service department.

We bought a 2024 Kia SORENTO and worked with Jamal Berry and had a great experience. We felt no pressure and Jamal listened to our needs and did not try to sell us things we did not need for us in and out with our new car. Overall very good experience
