I travel alot for my job and when my check engine light came on I called to see if they could look at my vechile they got me in the same day and found the problem. My first time dealing with them and was very impressed with service department. Would recommend this Dealer
Purchased new Encore
I previously had a 2014 Buick Encore that I "loved"---it was just the right car for me and my needs. I was looking and found my exact same car but a new 2018 at Thomas in Johnstown and wanted to grab it before it got away, it's the same thing I had. When I went to the dealer my salesman John Phillips went thru many different things and explained everything to me. We took the car on a test drive and he explained different features with me---he was very thorough. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating at the dealership. When I picked up my car this afternoon, Tom Kirby, helped in getting me set up with all the different internet, computer, etc. features. He gave me his card and said to call or email if I had any more questions on any of the internet type things ---that is very reassuring to me because I am computer challenged at times. It was a very pleasant experience and reassuring to know that if there is any questions or anything I know that I can call or drop by and they will get me fixed up.

I was very pleased with the promptness of the service center, and trust me, they were very busy. Happy that they found a nail in tire, and I was able to purchase a replacement right away. I was taking a trip and appreciated the car being as safe as it could be. Great Team at THOMAS BUICK
