Hoffman Ford

Very poor communication, I dropped my car off at 9AM and when I called to check on it at 2PM, the car had not been brought in for service.

This is my third purchase from Hoffman Ford; a 2025 Maverick AWD Lariat. As in the past, the buying experience was excellent. Joe, our sales rep, treated us very well as did the dealership. There are other Ford dealers nearby, but we like Hoffman Ford and highly recommend them.

Both my husband and I had the pleasure of working with Kevin Hunter this month to upgrade our vehicles. Kevin made the process seamless, going above and beyond to make sure we left as happy customers. If you’re in the market for a Ford, you must go see Kevin.

My old car required many expensive repairs to pass inspection. My service person, Bob Hockenberry, recommended not repairing it, and referred me to a wonderful salesman, Joe Latshaw. Joe showed me many different options, allowed me to take my new car home to get my old title, and moved all of my belonging from my old car to my new car. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership went out of their way to help me and make me feel important. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Hoffman Ford and have never been disappointed with any of my interactions.
