Hoffman Ford

I bought a car at Hoffman ford in early January. Through the whole experience the whole team was amazing. Our salesman, Devon was amazing! Kind, respectful, and not pushy. When I think of a car sales man, I think of someone who pushes you to do things you may not be ready to do. Devon worked with us and gave us time to consider our options. He was kind and down to earth. Best car salesman I have ever experienced! Would rate Devon an 11/10!

I went in with a specific type of vehicle in mind, and was happy that Dave Jimison, the sales person I worked with was very knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy or trying to upsell me to a more expensive vehicle. My wife and I arrived at Hoffman Ford service center at a quarter of 8 this morning to have my car inspected and automatic transmission checked. We were greeted by a Chap whose name I unfortunately cannot recall; an older man, younger than myself with hair as white as mine, but he had more of it. While checking the car in, he proceeded to put my wife and I in stitches; he was just full of himself; a nice way to start the day! He directed me on to Mr. Black my consulting advisor for my appointment. Mr. Black, a nice man, was most courteous and attentive to my concerns of a possible transmission problem. I left my van and returned home. Some time after lunch Mr. Black telephoned to let me know a road test that I had requested had been performed, and no inconsistencies found. His explanation of the road test was detailed and concise, and I was satisfied with results.

Overall experience with Hoffman Ford, Devon Gassert, and the Loan, Prep, was excellent. Turnaround time was in a acceptable timeline. Providing a dry area to inspect vehicle was key, this saved time when adding a surface protection. This was a very pleasing experience. Would highly recommend Hoffman Ford ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
