from the time I entered the service Dept. the people at Steve Austins were very helpful with getting the GMC TERRAIN in and getting the oil changed and tires rotated . I definitely would recommend Steve Austins to family, friends or anyone that should ask me.

Great Seevice

The service was fabulous and the staff was great!! We appreciate that they do not run out to your vehicle before you even get a chance to get out as some dealers do. They were all very patient with us and we will definitely go back again.... Thank you:-)

Excellent, friendly service

Always helpful and friendly. The only suggestion that I have is that you have one or two days a week that had later hours for oil changes. The last appointment time is 4:30pm and for those working, that is difficult to make it. Thank you

Best car buying experience EVER!

Best all around buying experience ever! Between the saleslady Kelli Kreglow-Stephens, and GM, Gary Bolen, I was shown every detail of the car and how everything worked. They treated me like a friend. I love my new Malibu. I can not say enough about the excellent service and honesty of these people. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

The employee's really try hard to please you.The owner and sales person got me coffee and made sure I was taken care of.Good People to deal with.
