Great service when things go bad

I have to give the folks here credit where it's due. Had a good buying experience with them. Vehicle pictures online were a fair representation of the condition of the vehicle and didn't try to gloss over dings and scratches. Salesman was helpful and straightforward. Pricing was right for the condition of the truck, too. Quickly settled on a fair price and got the paperwork in order. Less than a week after I got the truck, we felt a slight vibration at low speeds. Took it in and they did what they needed to do to make a decent diagnosis, even taking it to another dealer for a second opinion. They ended up replacing the transmission. They went way beyond the warranty that came with the sale. We really only felt the vibration maybe 10-20% of the time I drove it, so it would have been easy to miss in an inspection and test drive. They also could have denied the issue, but did the right thing and found a good used transmission with less miles than the truck. They had a courtesy car ready to go as well. Truck is running smooth now and I am happy. Even when I was not pleasant to deal with, they were always polite. The true test of customer service is when things go bad. They passed with flying colors.

Excellent customer service

I really enjoyed my buying experience as Steve Austin's Cadillac . I felt that my sales person Darwin and the sales manager were instrumental in my purchase here. If it wasn't for them treating me fairly and with respect I would've gone elsewhere but they earn my business not only with a great deal I got but how comfortable they made me feel .

Great experience, would do again, and recommend

Very customer oriented staff, everyone was kind, and helpful. I received my order promptly, and that was a surprise, hats off to GM. The pre-pickup orientation was top notch, and all items were covered. I felt like I was treated fairly, and received what I expected. Could not ask for more.

Oil change

I went to Steve Austin's the day before Thanksgiving to have my oil changed. I thought it might be hectic and very busy due to the holiday. However, they got my car right in and I was only there for about 30 minutes! I always receive excellent service at Steve Austin's in Bellefontaine, Ohio.

Excellent place to buy a new car

Very happy with the sales person,Kelli Stephens. She has been a great help finding the right vehicle for what we wanted to spend. A small problem with the car and she took care of it in about 15 minutes, with the help from the friendly service department. Overall, a great dealer and dealership
