Service was great back in 2 days. Price a little expensive Though her car is an older model, parts for model are high. 1995 Monte Carlo ...

Satisfaction and Trust

From the first time I stepped into the dealership it has all been positive. I have worked for 2 other major automotive companies and GMC is what I buy. What I want to emphasize is this...."SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!" They are the best

I was made to feel important.

As a possible customer I was made to feel important. And after purchasing a car I was given a tour and introduced to heads of each department & maintenance area which I might need in the future.

Our 2017 Chevy Cruze

My wife & I were very satisfied with our buying experience. Kyle Rumer, salesman, was terrific. After we decided on our car, he really sold the car by explaining everything about it.

New Car

When I am looking to make a new car purchase I always go to Steve Austin's, I know I will get great customer service from all the staff. I have been going there for many years. Twice I have looked at other dealers but was never greeted and treated like I was at Steve Austin's, So I always came back to Logan County and see the friendly and help staff at Steve Austin's, They have a great service area and service team, When my vehicles need serviced I always take it to their service department.

New vehicle purchase

It pays in the long run to deal locally. and Steve Austins, to date has, been a VERY friendly and accommodating . As long as current service continues we will be loyal customers! ( Our 3rd. new vehicle there since 2012)
