After my initial visit for an oil change, an engine light indicator came on and I returned with my Ford Focus ST to Verner-Cadby Ford to correct the issue. Richard, in the service department, was extremely helpful with resolving the issue as well as easing my worries, and even provided a courtesy vehicle when I dropped off my car for service. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided and will recommend Verner-Cadby Ford. Thank you for the great service!

Great, friendly people
They are always friendly and on time with their estimates. When I have an appointment they are always ready and when they give an estimate on how long the work will take they are always on time or early. I purchased a second ford vehicle at a different dealership and will be moving my service to Verner Cadby in the future.

Knowledgeable Staff

Without notice I brought my 2006 Ford Explorer to the dealership for a safety review and oil change. Not only was my car put on fast track by the repair department but I was offered a loaner.

Rich and Brian very helpful. Had a loaner ready for me and I got my Escape repaired and back on the same day. Labor charges are outrageous but probably at par with the industry.
