Great service
They check engine light came on in my 2010escape while driving on the NJ parkway as I was going away on vacation. When I came back I went straight to the dealership. They took the car right away. Fixed it within hours. I was very happy. The service guys were great as always.

Ford 2013 explorer sport
2013 Explorer Sport. Service & oil change. Problems with Sync which turned out to be problems with iPhone. Brian extremely helpful in dealing with Sync problem.

Service Center
Arrived early; breakfast offered (brought my own "how I like it tea"); comfortable chairs in waiting room; news on tv with volume on low (thank you); not quite awake yet; set to reading my newspaper. Within 30 minutes car was evaluated and I was given the option of waiting or receiving a car to drive which I choose. I drove home to finish breakfast and "wake up". My car was ready by 12noon; picked it up and paid the bill. The car runs very well, steering feels balanced, engine smooth. I've every confidence in driving it this summer on my vacation time, new tires will be safe for summer and winter driving.
