Our saleswoman was Angie Cody. She did an outstanding job of walking us through all the features on our new truck. She was really a delight to work with. Also, we feel we got an excellent deal on our new GMC truck.

Customer service is key
Felt as if my shopping/ buying experience was poor. Yes their prices are appealing, but the customer service was awful!! Very very rude people for whom I dealt with. I work in the customer service field, & being rude isn't appreciated or attractive.

misrepresentation
Advertised as being a clean ,one owner ,no damage car with carfax as proof when in fact they knew that it been seriously damaged by hitting a deer but not reported to carfax. When confronted with the poor fitment of the replacement parts they refused to do anything and took the sold as is, buyer beware stance ,take it or leave it. I drove 320 miles to buy the car and the Sales Manager basically said ,kiss off if you don't want it the way it is to bad somebody else will. Really!

Poor Communication
I contacted the online sales to get additional pictures and updated pricing and told them I was ready to purchase the vehicle. I was told they would send me the pictures but the pricing was non negotiable. 4 days later still no pictures. had a follow up email with the owner who said he would get the pictures sent right out but said their pricing was non negotiable never did get a pictures as requested. Must not need the sale.

Tahoe Purchase
I called to purchase a 2016 Tahoe that was listed on the website. Told the salesman I was ready to buy. I offered a price, sent all the info for my trade, and then didn't hear anything from the salesman until Wednesday morning. By this time the financing incentive expired. Only answer I received was sorry but here is a Suburban. Not even the car I wanted. Very disappointed not only was the car we wanted no longer an option but the way this was handled was pour.

Passing warning light on mirrors repair
Regular oil change, tire rotation, troubleshoot passing warning lights on mirrors that were opposite of what they should be. Adam was excellent with his customer service and repair. While the wait was a whole day, they made sure my husband had a loaner car to get lunch while they worked on the problem. This is customer service that we need more of. Very professional and included a follow up phone call to ensure we were satisfied. Nice job !!

Waste of time
We had an appointment to look at a specific vehicle. We took off work and drove 2.5 hours. As we were pulling into the lot, we got a phone call stating that they had just sold the vehicle we were there for. They wanted us to look at other vehicles. After reading other reviews, seems to be a pattern with them; bait and switch, maybe?
