Do you like getting ripped off? Well you've come to the right place! WFK somehow removes old reviews, go back 3 years and they had 2 stars! Yes only 2 stars! AND to make it better, if you leave a negative review they CALL YOU AND TELL YOU THEY ARE DECLINING TO SERVE YOU ANYMORE! HA! What a joke, this whole place is a giant scam and NO ONE HERE CARES ABOUT YOU. They care about getting you out the door and taking your money. DO NO TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR WARRANTY ISSUES! Another dealership told me they shouldn't charge to investigate warranty issues, but WSF sure did! Steer clear and take your hard earned money somewhere else

Customer oriented without being pushy

Best car shopping — and purchasing— experience ever. Salesman, Marlos, was fully informed about Kia makes, models, and features. He answered all questions directly and in language that we understood. Never pushy or condescending. Marlo’s could be the poster rep for a straight-forward car salesman.

Excellent experience

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I like not feeling pressured into buying a car while still getting all of my questions answered. The managers there make sure we are satisfied with our purchase and make sure we don't leave with a question unanswered. I highly recommend this place! Ask for Brandon Wilde, he'll take care of you

Kia Pro’s...

These folks were true professionals! The Brandons were super helpful and got me into a sweet Sorento that was loaded with killer gadgets! The tech on these are amazing!

Great experience

I came with my twin sons the first time and Marlos patiently helped us find the kind of car that would work for us. I didn't but that first one, but ended up coming back by myself a well or so later and getting a different car of the same model. We ended up staying after the dealership closed to get it done. I drove away happy to have the right car for me and my family.

Low pressure

The sales staff was low pressure didn’t fill like I was attacked by Wolves. I went to several dealers looking for a cars sales staff now days are young and acted like they knew nothing about there cars Wasatch Kia knew their vehicles . Also after a few days I noticed I Had a factory defect in paint on a vehicle I leased they exchanged it for a new vehicle with no hassle, want to thank Cole and Brandon for there professionalism.

Laurel

My family has purchased 3 kias from the Riverdale Kia dealership and will continue to do so. Edwin Sanchez who wears many hats makes sure the mechanics there keep our vehicles running to perfection.Edwin always greets me with a smile ,asks if I would like a drink ,snack or a shuttle .He keeps me informed of when my car is ready and goes over all that was checked and escorts me to my car. Thank you Edwin and Kia staff for all that you do.You are stellar !.Laurel

Took the hassle out of buying a car

The folks at the dealership were welcoming, not overpowering. The True car process made things easier, and still dealer rebates were better. There was never any pressure.

Excellent customer service!

AWESOME customer service. Went in to fix my radio and left in a new one instead! All because of the guys in the service department!
