I've been buying cars from Kia for at lease 10 years. Going to stick with them from service to buying more cars. yes, I love Kia.

STAY AWAY!
Stay away from this place!! They do not care about you at all It has been the worst experience we have ever had buying a car, and we have bought from a lot of crappy places unfortunately. This is by far the worst. We leased 2 cars from here. They raised the price every time we told them that we could't pay that, and then proceeded to sign paperwork even though we said we needed time to think about it. We asked if there was anything that they could do to lower it, so the gave us a year old car which was fine with us. They gave us our price, and then AFTER we signed a contract, they brought up a different contract that we had to pay for because we had already signed the other one and the new contract brought our price back up to what they originally said! We then asked them about the service that they do on the car. It was a one time fee for us to bring our car in 4 times a year to get it serviced. We told them that we didn't want it because we were moving in a few months and they told us that we should still buy it because it worked at any KIA location. Well what do you know, when we moved and went to take it in, they told us it wasn't valid and we had to pay for all of our repairs! So they flat out lied to us just to get our money. Overall, they will tell you all the lies in the world (Im looking at you Javier!!) just to get our money, and then once they had us in the contract, they ran and wont give us any money back for the service plan that we cant use, and customer service just passes us around until we just hang up. STAY AWAY!!!"

"Buyer beware"
The worst car buying experience to date. Their sales agent Kole has to be the sleaziest snake oil / used car salesman you will ever have the misfortune to encounter. As soon he understood we would not use his financing,, or pay 1,000 dollars to reinstate a dealership warranty" which KIA can do for free". he literally laughed in our face at our offer, and said he would take it to sales manager which we visually watched him not do, he came back and said" no we want full price that"s it." He was still laughing as we left sharing his joke with receptionist. I wish they had a negative star rating. I've never been treated so poorly by any business to date.

Service department is the worst I’ve ever been to!!
I have had my car at This dealership 4 times with the same issue. They will never answer the phone and when they do I need to speak to someone else who is not available. I have been on hold for the right person several times for several minutes. The car has not been starting properly for a year. It has had check engine light after check engine light and it comes on right after I leave every time. I get that happens sometimes but listening and calling back would be awesome. Also last time I was charged $108 and promised they fixed it!!!!!!! Engine light came on a block away. No refund has been given. Other items have been covered under warranty but warranty does not pay my time and gas.

Super Shady Management
*review from Feb 11 which I was asked to remove in exchange for service* I bought a used vehicle that was sold to me as having no wrecks in excellent condition- so I was charged top dollar for their 'perfect' car, only to find out it has $2000 worth of damage and water in the oil- which paperwork proves the dealership knew about but did not disclose to me. I have spent 5 hours today sitting in the lobby and not one manager has come to talk to me. I went upstairs only to find a sales manager- Brandon- who with a huge smirk on his face told me quite bluntly he will not help me and another one who told me to step away since his clients could hear my complaints. It is nearly 2 months later, the corporate office got involved and items have been fixed. Not once have we heard from the owner to assure us this isn't the norm for them.

They were really pushy.
They were pushy. When I went in for my Serious xm radio this one guy at the front desk was REALLY RUDE. It was awful.

Do you like getting ripped off? Well you've come to the right place! WFK somehow removes old reviews, go back 3 years and they had 2 stars! Yes only 2 stars! AND to make it better, if you leave a negative review they CALL YOU AND TELL YOU THEY ARE DECLINING TO SERVE YOU ANYMORE! HA! What a joke, this whole place is a giant scam and NO ONE HERE CARES ABOUT YOU. They care about getting you out the door and taking your money. DO NO TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR WARRANTY ISSUES! Another dealership told me they shouldn't charge to investigate warranty issues, but WSF sure did! Steer clear and take your hard earned money somewhere else
