Helpful and friendly

I had a great experience working with Wasatch Front Kia. I am friends with one of the workers there and that's what initially brought me in. But all the staff there treats you like your family. They were not pushy and respected the terms I wanted to stand by. That isn't something you'll find in a lot of dealerships. I had a great experience with the guys at Wasatch Front Kia and would recommend them to anyone.

What a joke of a dealership...

How shall this review start? I bought a 2016 vehicle in May, so brand new. Well, if you like an honest company and good customer service, I can ONLY recommend you go elsewhere. If your heart is set on a KIA, which at this point I will recommend KIA to absolutely NO ONE, please, take the 10 minutes and drive to the next closest KIA dealership. Wasatch KIA is run by a bunch of arrogant self-entitled f***s who don't care about you, they only care about your money. My car had problems and I was trying to get the warranty to cover it, it took over 3 weeks and I had to make almost every single call even when I was told I would be called by several people several times. Well, Wasatch KIA has been rather blatantly rude about my car being there for 3 to 4 weeks because I was waiting on KIA to get back to me about the warranty. They even threatened to charge me a fee only 3 days after I got told that the warranty wasn't covered, 3 DAYS!!!! They take over 3 weeks to respond and wont even give me 3 days without a threat of charging me a fee. Plus, I'm pretty sure it was just their technicians who said there was nothing wrong. 11 years and 0 accidents kind of puts me at the advantage for being right. Secondly, they want to charge $200 for a steel rim!!!! They said that was cheap and already marked down... xxx!!! I will tell everyone to NEVER buy a KIA, the brand is ruined for me. My mother drives one, my late father drove one, they LOVE them. But after this xx I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. I've already told 4 people to never buy a KIA, and I'm sure they will remember that in the future. Wasatch KIA with their great customer service couldn't even manage to make a $1384 bill under $1250 for me for insurance reasons. The funny thing is, they had a $69 service I didn't even need, so they couldn't knock off less than $100 to make that much money. I manage several restaurants, I know how customer service works, I know out of that 1384 that about $800 is straight profit, but they cant bother to lose about $70 to make more than 10X that amount! What a joke of a company... To top it all off, I was talked down to the entire time and treated pretty much like crap. They knew I have no leverage and they treated me exactly like that. I'll take my car somewhere else just so they don't get my service anymore. Look through their reviews, you'll see a lot of honest people telling you how unhonest they are. Go somewhere else please.

Wasatch front Kia is amazing!

Best experience ever in buying a car! Got such an a amazing deal from Garret! My car will be in my life for a long time! Thank you so much!!! ?

avoid at all costs

Worst place to get a car. I traded in my Subaru and got a 2017 Kia Forte. After 2 weeks the finance guy called and said my address want correct so when I went in to re-do the papers i noticed my address was perfect so gping over the papers they tried to raise my interst by almost 2% without telling me... He said i had no choice and had to sign at which point I said no and that I want my old car back if that was the case. After almost 2 hours of running around and arguments they said my interest can stay the same. The manager promised me a gift card for a certain amount and what I received was MUCH lower so when I asked about it I got rude responces and told that the guy who sold me the car had to take it out of his own pocket... EXTERNALLY DISPLEASED with this and regret getting my car from them 100%.

Co-signer

They was cool I'm just the co-signer so I'm not enjoying the car, but my friend is I gave four stars because nobody is perfect Cole was way nice and so was the financial guy he came over and explained things to my friend more clearly for her to get it overall they was GREAT!

Sort of good

I wish I would have negotiatedone instead of taking the first offer. It seems like my payment is really high and I had said to keep it lower by 100 bucks. Kind of my fault. I did find out that my daughter bought a 2014 soul the day before and they sold it to her $2000 over Kelly Blue Book value. So be careful.

Made buying a new car super easy!!!

My daughter and I went in the other day to purchase her first vehicle. Shaydin helped us and man he made everything go smoothly. He was personable, courteous, honest and knowledgeable. Because of my experience I now recommend Shaydin and Wasatch Kia to anyone and everyone.

Horrendous customer service

Please take the advice of most of the reviews and avoid this dealership at all costs. I recently purchased a new Optima from them and had the worst car buying experience of my life. Half of the words that came out of every employees mouth were outright lies. From the specific lies about features of the car to charging us $400 for their pointless rear brake upgrade they put on all cars to charging us just to get a key for the car. I will never buy from this dealership again. If you need a Kia then head further south, you absolutely will not regret it.
