Just purchased a car from Jim and Vince ,great guys . Roger was very welcoming , finance department was amazing . Highly recommend. Will defiantly come back .

Avoid this place

Avoid this place. In the 10 weeks since I purchased my car there, their service department has had it 5 of those weeks. This latest visit has been a month now. When I talk to someone, other then a manager (since they refuse to talk to me or return my calls, every week for the last 8 weeks), they either tell me I need to talk to Frank (refuses to return my calls) or tries to get me to take the car before they actually finish the work. On problems I've been trying to get them to address since the day of my purchase. These people don't deserve your business and certainly won't treat you like a person.

Very Pleased

This is my first experience with Napleton of Indiana. I previously had my car serviced at the Volvo in Orland Park but a few months ago we moved to Crown Point. When I called Napleton for an appointment I was impressed with the quality of care and professional service from Napleton. When I took my car in - the service department was OUTSTANDING and extremely helpful. My car was returned spotless!!! Thank you for your excellent service.

Staff was friendly and professional. Service was reviewed with recommended items and an explanation of service allowances was provided. I was offered a ride if I needed one. I received a phone call when my vehicle was ready for pickup.

Mercedez

This dealer has the worse customer service. The general manger does not care about his customers. He belittles women and yells at his customers. After spending over 90K on a vehicle, he has the nerve to yell at a customer because he gave me the wrong keys and told me he could care less if I ever stepped foot in his dealership.

Easy Buying Experience

I made a few calls to various dealers asking for their best price. Roger, the sales manager gave me a good price. I came in and filled out all the paperwork and was done within an hour. The whole team answered all my questions and repeatedly let me know if I had any more questions.
