Service was excellent. The service team picked up my car and left a loaner car for my convenience in case I needed to use a car. They called me and kept me informed when my car would be ready and delivered. I appreciated the pick up and delivery service especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. I felt safer not having to expose myself to a public waiting room.

I had issue with check engine light coming on. They replaced both NOX sensors. They tested car prior to returning it back to me. It runs fine.

While visiting my daughter, I took my Mercedes to Napelton Autowerks of Indiana for service. The staff is extremely efficient and professional. Mr. Joe Durant in service took care of me and did an excellent job which I'm grateful for. The office of the building is very comfortable and I was able to do quite of bit of work there while waiting on my car. I would HIGHLY recommend Napleton Autowerks to anyone who may not only need a car or service.
