Was an enjoyable experience.

Was a quite enjoyable experience mostly done over the phone and internet so was a new experience for me but it ended up being ok Mike Walsh and Tony Turco where easy to deal with so made it an overall good experience. Aime

Great Service and a great price.

I was extremely happy with my experience at Napleton...

I was extremely happy with my experience at Napleton Autowerks! They treated me as if I was the most important customer they had. Very friendly and easy going with no pressure to purchase. Ultimately, they delivered the car I was looking for and I couldn’t be happier!

Car was listed at $40k on website, dealership attempted...

Car was listed at $40k on website, dealership attempted to charge $2k over the price listed and could not provide the original sticker price at point of sale. Sales manager R. Buss was very rude and sales rep. Made no effort to explain features in car. Worst new car buying experience!

New Car Purchase

We just purchased a 2020 GLC 300W4 SUV. Jim Dwyer was absolutely courteous, professional, and mindful of our time. He didn't play any snarky games that car salesmen are sometimes known for. Since this is our first Mercedes-Benz, Jim gave us an excellent introduction to and orientation of the vehicle before we drove home, satisfied that we made the correct selection of a dealership.

2010 Volvo 60AWD Maintenance

Joe Durant et.al. took care of the necessary maintenance throughout the ten plus years that I have driven my Volvo. I am always treated courteously and any and all concerns that I have are dealt with professionalism. I am pleased with the service I receive.

Amazing dealership-highly recommend

Vince and Roger did an excellent job working to provide me with a lease that I was satisfied with. The financial process of the lease was super quick and we were out of there in a reasonable time. They even put in the extra effort of cleaning the car and providing me with a full gas tank.

Great Sales Team

We worked with Vince and Mike - they were helpful and responsive but did not pressure us. The overall sales experience was great and surprisingly easy. Tracy was very efficient and friendly. Thanks to the entire staff for making car buying an enjoyable experience.
