Very relaxing experience.
Sometimes pricing negotiations can be a bad time. The dealership was very willing to deal without pressure. Previous experience with their service department has been of great value as well.

Battery issue
Car wouldn't start. Called dealership and they had battery in stock said to bring the car. After roadside assistance jumped it took it to dealership. Thought i'd have it that evening but did not. Called and said I needed it by 10 am next morning and was disappointed I couldn't even find out what was really wrong with car. Sam assured me that I would have it by the morning. It was ready and clean when I picked it up and Sam did an amazing job of giving me exceptional service. It was battery and a few other things.

GLE 400 Service J. Peller
I dealt with Joe in the service department. Joe was very accommodative for my wishes. I had scratches on my right front wheel. Joe was able to find someone to repair it. My only feedback on the repair was that it was slightly more than Joe originally quoted ($200 vs. $175). Also, which was nice, he suggested I come back in the spring to re-do the wheel and an extra wheel if needed. However, I didn't see any record of that accommodation on my sales receipt. Obviously my concern is when I call in the spring, will this repair still be honored. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and the ability to have a loner (GLC which my wife is interested in). Vince fiore the Sales Consultant was professional and not pushy at all. He will answer all your questions. If you want a great experience? Speak to him and he will make sure that you go home with your dream car! like i did. If you want friendly and professional customer service? Vince Fiore is that man you want to do business with. The best experience of all time!
I went in desiring to purchase my first car current year new. However my expectations exceeded my credit. Lol not worry because Vince Fiore and everyone at Napleton in Schererville were so helpful. They worked virgorously with the banks to find me an awesome car that didn’t require a co signer!!! Also Vince made it his business to encourage me on how to build my credit during the process. I felt at home. When we finally were approved for a vehicle 2 days later Vince came and picked me up from my home and brought me to the dealership! Best service from the best sales consultant HANDSDOWN!!! Thanks Vince and my new Napleton family!

Problem fixed. Shuttle home. Car delivered later. Proper accommodation on the pricing considering I had had the car in recently for extensive periodic service at 105,000 miles.
