I purchased my first Mercedes a couple of months ago "as is" and had an issue with the hood release. I called and asked for Addison who told me to bring it in, even though I purchased the car used. They fixed the hood release, detailed the car and had it back to e for free that same day! I will highly recommend Napleton to friends and clients alike! -Miguel

After only 5 months of owning a 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio, I've had to use this service department 3 times. In all, I can say it's been a satisfying experience. Every person I came in contact with was kind, informative and polite. The waiting room had comfortable seating, with a well choice of refreshments that included coffee, health bars, fruit and sodas. I was offered a loaner vehicle, but opted for a complementary driver that took me home and picked me up when work was completed.

My car was picked up and I was left a loaner. I had a yearly service maintenance on my Mercedes done. It was done in a timely manner.

The service center appearence,refreshments,lounge area,customer service professionals,sales professionals,mechanics,various brands and models of new cars to look at and service made my Volvo visit great.

Everything worked out great. All were kind and thoughtful to our wants and needs hope to continue our relationship in to the future they same way it was started
