Salesman, Michael Beltram, said he would repair an issue

Salesman, Michael Beltram, said he would repair an issue on the used car that we purchased prior to us taking ownership. We believed the repair had been done and purchased the car and drove it home only to find out that the issue had not been repaired. We had to pay over $650 to have the repair done correctly with our trusted mechanic and not at Steve Rogers Ford. I will never go back to this dealership for a car or service again. They also said that the price of the car had gone up since we test drove it due to all of the interest in the car. That's not how this works. Highly unimpressed.

Other than dirty fingerprints all over the glovebox, the service was good. I was used to getting a car wash with service, but maybe that is not a thing anymore (or was only at a Lincoln dealership?).

If an oil change coupon states a price and the price will actually be higher, you should say so beforehand. Surprise! I could have gone to the shop around the corner for the price I ended up paying. I won't nitpick about anything. It's the money. It's always the money.
