Update: Changed to 4 stars. After I left my 2 star review, Joe responded that he could order my front bracket via Amazon and send it to me. The overall experience with this dealership was good, and would have given 5 star review if my emails and texts regarding the plate frame would have been answered more timely. Not receiving a timely response made me feel as if I was being ignored. I would go back to this dealership again, but won’t ask for a front plate bracket...LOL Initial contact and sale went okay. I traveled 92 miles one way for my car. Joe was our salesman and the virtual experience prior to arriving at the dealership and the pickup of my car went fine. BUT, my car did not come with a front license plate bracket and we were promised this would be sent to us (NYS requires a front plate). This was back on 12/19/2020 and I still have not received it. I keep getting "I will check the status". I realize it is just a $25 dollar part, but they promised and once I drove off the lot seem to just not care. I of course had already filled out their survey giving them great reviews. Wish I had waited now so that the survey would have been more accurate.

Today I bought a 2020 Jeep Compass and 3 years ago a 2017 Jeep Renegade. Both times I had Eddie as a sales rep. Eddie was extremely helpful and accommodating. I also had the pleasure of meeting Eddie’s son Jeremy. He was very knowledgeable and helpful like his dad.

Chris is AWESOME!

I reached out to this dealership about a Grand Cherokee Trailhawk they had in stock. Chris reached back out to me and was great from the start. He was responsive and able to work a lot of the details out before I made the drive from NJ to PA. Chris was ready for me when I arrived and had all of the paperwork ready for me. The dealership took care of registering the car in NJ and Chris stayed in touch with me throughout the process and dealt with all of my questions. I would highly recommend this dealership and Chris. Used Car Buyer Beware

Buyer beware purchasing a used car from this location in Tunkhannock. This is one car and one experience, but in my 30 years of buying cars I've learned if they do it once, they'll do it again. Went with my son and took a look and test drove a 2010 Subaru Forester today. Vehicle had 80,000 miles on it. Asking $8500 which is market for the car. Asked to see the work order for what work they did to it before sale. They turned the front rotors, and did not replace the brake pads. They replaced a rear caliper and again did not replace the brake pads. The vehicle had coolant seepage from the drivers side head gasket which I pointed out to their tech and agreed it was seeping. The vehicle had some left rear side damage that is not mentioned in the ad. Sitting down to discuss a sale, I advised Ryan the salesperson the I was willing to pay asking price ($8550) if they would address the head gasket and the body damage. He went to discuss it with the sales manager. 20 minutes later the sales manager came back with Ryan and proceeded to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the head gasket and their tech (mind you the guy i pointed out to in the shop underneath the car and agreed the head gasket was beginning to fail) said there is no issue. At that point I told them have a nice day and left. The issue here is the complete lie that this sales manager tried to tell me. That weepy head gasket, while a small seep at this point, 6 months from now after a few hundred heat cycles will be a full blown leak. I 100% understand the head gasket is a $2000 repair. And on an $8500 car it may not make sense for them to eat the cost of repairing it. Instead of just saying that, he chose to lie outright about the cars mechanical condition, not realizing I know that Subaru EJ25 motor very well and its failure points are well documented. This isn't a case we just cant agree on a price, 100% fine with that. They are not looking to sell honestly, they are hoping someone comes and buys this car as is and 6 months from now when that gasket fails, 'Oh thats just a subaru thing' but we'll fix it for you for a couple grand. Just like their piece meal brake work they are doing it as cheaply as possible instead of doing things correctly. Know who you're dealing with.
